King Kong Jam

A jam packed Southsea SK8 park played host to the King Kong Jam. It seemed anyone who
had ever had a shot on a SK8board was there this coupled with the Sk8boarding WAGs filling the
stand the atmosphere was expectant. With local legend Jake skating well and a new face pulling
inverts over the spine, the level of riding was amazing, a big hairy bloke was going massive on the
1/4 pipe and as usual Chris Borneo was screaming round the park with gusto, the other Borneo; Paul was none to shady either, getting tech with huge 360's over the tabletop, entertainment included Dave's
comedy run, while surfer Ads held his ground against some of the best riders in the South.
